Ann Marie & Billy Sutton | Rocking L Ranch Wedding

I had to opportunity to capture the wonderful wedding or Ann Marie and Billy at the Rocking L. Ranch in March. These two are so wonderful and they are so giving. When asked if there was one photo that they would choose to walk away from the wedding, Ann Marie stated, “We would love a group photo of ourselves with as many guest as possible.” This one statement helped me realize that I was working with a couple with a genuine and loving heart.

Aricka Phoenix once wrote, “If someone could reach into my chest and tear out my heart and turn it into a living, breathing person…it would be!”

After spending time with Ann Marie and Billy, this quote can definitely be written with their names in it. A night full of laughs, tears, and plenty of dancing (and I must say, they are great dancers), demonstrated the love and care that Ann Marie and Billy have for one another. I have to say that they are meant for one another.

In December, Billy popped the big question to Ann Marie in a unique way. Billy used family members to help him with his proposal. On Christmas Day, when Ann Marie least expected it, Billy and several family members called her outside. Billy had their grandbabies holding a sign asking Ann Marie to marry him. Not only did he ask, but their grandchildren also had flashing rings on them as he asked. Can you imagine how fun and unique that was…simply amazing?

Spending time with Billy made me realize how much of a gentleman he is. He truly loves himself some Ann Marie, and more than anything, his one goal is to keep her happy. One example of this is, Billy really enjoys playing games on his phones, but Ann Marie stated that she did not want any cell-phones hanging out for the wedding, and Billy insured this happened. While getting ready, I heard Billy reminded his groomsmen several times that they could not have their phones clipped to their hips.

Ann Marie was so nervous getting ready for her special day, but she kept a smile on her face. While getting her make-up applied, I came in and immediately began capturing images of her. The whole time, she kept a beautiful smile on her face. Ann Marie was ready to meet her husband at the alter in front of the pond to say, “I Do!” Her bridesmaids truly keep her calm, as she prepared to meet her man.

I really enjoyed this wedding, and it was truly a wedding to remember, it was so fun, and everyone was so friendly.
